Sol Noctis is an independent developer, owner and operator of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Spain. Since it’s inception in 2017, Sol Noctis has been dedicated to contributing clean and renewable energy to the Spanish electrical grid. Founders Danylo Knysh and Roman Khrushch have astutely identified that Spain is at the cusp of significant solar PV growth due to firm commitments and recent regulations from the Spanish Government and European Union mandating the transition of Spain’s electricity generation away from fossil fuels and towards renewable energy, particularly solar PV.
The management team, comprised of entrepreneurs, engineers and project developers, have developed a proprietary project identification and evaluation process. This process includes strategic site selection in Spain’s highest irradiation zones and adjacent to grid connection points as well as partnering with best-in-class EPC contractors and third party advisors to achieve sustainable and competitive financial returns. With 29 MW of solar PV capacity in mature stages of development, and another 250+ MW under initial development, Sol Noctis is well positioned to become a leading solar energy producer in Spain.
